1. Provo, UT

Home to Bringham Young University, one of the largest private universities in the country; Provo is home to a young population with a median age of 22.5.  The city is the third largest in Utah, located about 40 miles from Salt Lake City. Provo has been cited Where To Retire magazine as “an enticing city for new careers”; National Geographic listed it in their list of “Where to live and play”; and Forbes rated Provo as one of the top 10 places to raise a family.
